Yeshivas Nezer Yehoshua’s temporary building was damaged during the 12 Day War with Iran. We have launched a $4,000,000 campaign to build our boys the building they deserve. 2020 — The Beginning

Born from a Crisis

When Covid struck, Yeshiva students were sent home. When their doors reopened, many already struggling bachurim chose not to return. Yeshivas Nezer Yehoshua was created to provide them the structure they needed to become who they dreamed of becoming.

June 2025

Struck by a Missile

The building sustained tremendous damage from a fallen Iranian ballistic missile in June, 2025. The already desperate need to build became critical.

February 6, 2026

The Foundation Is Drilled

With impending war with Iran on the horizon again, we began drilling the foundation, which is a jaw-dropping 40 feet deep due to the sandy terrain. This foundation has the capability to eventually hold up a seven story building.

March 2026

War — No Shelter

In March, 2026 war with Iran broke out again. With no mamad (safe room) on campus, the boys were forced to sleep in an elementary school down the street, and ran to its miklat with each air-raid siren in the daytime.

Purim – Erev Pesach 2026

Two Floors in Three Weeks

Taking responsibility for the boys' safety and peace of mind, we declared the situation an absolute emergency. A devoted contractor and a huge team of workers arrived and they miraculously built two floors of the building in three weeks, completing the work just before Pesach.

Spring 2026

The Mamad Is Complete

With the 2-week ceasefire threatening to be broken at any minute, we continued the frenzied work and built an on-campus mamad (safe room) which took a shocking 10 cement trucks to fill.
