March 2019 – Purim | Keren Hayeled

Purim at Keren Hayeled was a blast! There was fun, festivities and food for all! And of course, there were also wonderful and creative home-made costumes worn by all!

Even the staff was swept up in the joy of the mitzvot of the holiday and in bringing joy, happiness and giving to these less fortunate children who look to Keren Hayeled as their family.

Girls staff members don their own costumes and join in the fun.

We held a grand-banquet meal which the children enjoyed so much, and which included festive singing and dancing, and contributed such a sense of belonging and camaraderie to all.

The children also expressed their creative talents by organizing our special Purim carnival full of booths and prizes which is a neighborhood favorite, and in which our children enjoy both coordinating and participating.

Thank you, dear partner, for helping us provide for these needy children and bring them the holiday joy every child deserves.
